Search Fund to Traditional PE
Hello everyone,
I joined a search fund as an associate in Central America and we are looking to eventually transform it into a small PE shop to acquire a portfolio of companies after our exit. Has anybody seen any such case? Starting a PE after exiting a search Fund.
