Search Funders PLEASE STOP CALLING MY DAD

Writing this here because I'm assuming PE is the closest forum to search funding. My dad runs a small family asphalt paving company on the East Coast (Think who you would call to have your small suburban driveway paved). Over the past few years he has gotten hundreds of calls, emails, etc from MBA guys focused on "founder legacy" (seller note) and "operating a great buisness in the community" (living out a Henry Kravis fantasy with an SBA loan and ripping hinge likes in the nearest medium-sized city). He even took his email off the website and now only has it on his yard signs. It's shocking to me that someone can go to Booth and truly their best option is LBOing a small asphalt guy. Let me be clear, my dad makes probably the equivalent of $60K a year, it's not like he's spitting off juicy cash flows for debt service. Also, what the hell do these guys know about asphalt? You have an MBA? How are you going to run the company better than a guy who's been doing asphalt since he graduated high school? I was lucky enough to go to college and work in finance, so I get wanting to be your own boss and do deals and whatever, but seriously, this is moronic.
