Secondaries Fund 75mins Modelling Test
Hi Guys,
I'm interviewing with a large secondaries fund and was asked to complete a model test (1.15 hours) held over VC. Any insights on what kind of model it would be and how should I prepare for it? 75-min might be too short for LBO? Will it just be a waterfall calculation? Thanks
