Secondaries: VP level or Senior Associate Comp / WLB + Case Studies
Wondering if anyone has any recent data points on VP level comp / senior associate comp including base/bonus/carry/co-invest opportunities for Secondary funds like Blackstone, Whitehorse, Landmark, etc and how you might compare work-life-balance to traditional PE.
Would also be great to hear about what kinds of case studies would be applicable for that type of position, does anyone have anything they could share?
