Seeking Advice - Not Content at Current Role

Hi All,

I am seeking advice. I currently work in the renewables infrastructure space. I think the work is interesting but do not see myself in my managers at my current shop - it is not a place I would like to build a career. I am an Analyst II with prospects of being promoted to Associate soon. I am taking L3 of the CFA next month. Do you think it makes sense to hold off until meeting those milestones, or is it worth starting to apply now?
