Selected Transaction Experience for PE resume
Just started at my a MM bank 2 months ago and haven't closed one single deal yet. However, I want to put together my resume for 2023 PE recruiting. Can I give vague description of the transaction that I'm working on or pitching for under the selected transaction experience? Can I put despac deals where we represent the company and not the spac? What about capital market deals? We don't have a mandated sell side deal right now.
