SFO to Secondaries (LP-led)

I'm starting at a 2bn AuM SFO (after 3yrs in SS ER) mostly doing direct fund investing, co-invest and secondaries. How difficult would it be to move to a secondaries fund down the road (LP-led) or god forsake a (upper MM) FoF.
