Should I quit Private Equity? Please advise.

What a ridiculous post. You're 9 months into your first professional role. Your job at that stage is to do whatever is asked of you and try to learn as much as possible. To get more responsibility, you have to prove to your managers that they can trust you with the responsibility. Unless you're God's gift to private equity (you're not), you probably don't even know the sheer volume of things you don't know yet, much less know enough to not be a burden for a deal team in a live deal scenario. Take some pride in your work, do it well and show people you care enough for them to want to invest in you. Nobody owes you anything and you likely don't add as much value as you're getting paid. Fix the attitude and you'll get what you want.
