Have an SA interview with them coming up, would like to know if anyone has heard of them and if you did, what you know about their culture, presence, and reputation. Thanks in advance!
Had an interview with them last week.
-- Culture: entrepreneurial, flat hierarchy, genuinely nice/interesting people. Higher ups have a lot of buy in.
-- Very strong presence as a placement boutique, I forget the number interviewer quoted me, but they're generally doing placements for 3-5 funds at a given time.
-- Reputation: Very good in their area.

I've worked with some of their senior guys in a professional capacity. While I can't speak to culture, I can echo speakingsputnik's sentiments that they are nice guys and have a strong reputation. Not a bad place to be a summer analyst.

Interestingly, we share a floor with them in our office building!
Lights are always off, and we have no idea what they do / where they are all day. Endless speculation
As a placement agent they're always on the road at meetings pitching the funds, not surprising.
