Schools in India and in any country in the world are by law, required to be a non-profits organisation. In India, Private schools must be registered as a trust, society, or Section 8 company
No dividends, no profit payouts!
But PE firms are profit-driven by design. So what could be the possible reason why they are investing in schools? 🤔
