Hypothetically, if I were looking to raise and receive $1 billion+ of money from a sovereign fund for a 5-year or 10-year duration for a portfolio of loans backed by double AA rated companies with 100+ years of creditworthiness, where I created a platform to lend out money and collect interest in advance on good loans and wanted a fixed rate paid to the sovereign fund, what is the lowest return and ideal return they would seek?
