Spectrum Equity vs JMI Equity?

Hello! I'm currently recruiting for full-time analyst positions in growth equity. I was wondering if anyone had any insight on the spread of how much sourcing/deal execution/port co work an analyst would be involved. In addition, any details about exit opps, culture, work-life balance, comp, overall reputation, etc. would be appreciated. Thanks!

Very much so.
