SS Recruitment Preparation

I just started as analyst at a BB and realized throughout the last year that I want to transition to Special Sits.

I've been reading a lot of RX and credit material to understand the space better, but would love to know if there are resources available specifcially for distressed credit modelling.

Do the usual PE prep courses as PF or WSO prepare you well for the modelling on the job or are there better resources in that regard?

Are there any other resources that helped anyone understand better especially for distressed lending.
