standard compensation for $200mm fund?

Just wondering if anyone knew what a standard salary + bonus would be for a 1st year associate (after 2 year IBD analyst stint) at a $200-300mm pe fund? IF available I would prefer numbers for funds in Toronto.

I'd say all-in compensation of approximately $150k, assuming max bonus, would be "market" for a PE fund of that size. However, you have to also take into consideration things such as previous funds, is this a few year contract or are there long term expectations, etc.
