Scatter but mostly in manhattan. Lot of people with no experience living in nyc will stay closer to the school. Other closer to more hype nightlife area in the city

You're young in your 20s you should be in one of: soho, west village, east village, Greenwich village, noho (bond st), LES. That's it - trust me when I say your life will be materially upgraded. At 40 you will not miss the 20k p.a. that you incrementally invested in the market in your 20s, but you will miss every memory you didn't create bc you lived 45 mins away from the action and therefore didn't go out or couldn't get that one date to come home after

A little worried about getting into a location/situation that makes it challenging getting to class. But also don't want to sacrifice social/experiential elements of my time there.
