Hello everybody. Was curious if someone could go into detail on the logistics of starting a LMM PE fund. I understand that raising capital is the most important part. But how much much personal capital do you need up front to hire staff/rent office space for say a $250M fund? Are you paying staff out of pocket? Would love any and all insight on this.
