Does anyone have color on Stonepeak and ECP in terms of culture, investment types and approach and advantages over energy and infrastructure teams at BX, Carlyle, Oaktree, etc? What does the interview process look like at these shops for associate roles?

I work for a portco of ECP and the associate that covers my company works more than he did in IB.
ouch. I wonder if Stonepeak is similar since some of their seniors are ex-BX and they mostly hire out of IB
