Strong character at Work?
What have you seen at the workplace that made you think a person had a "strong character"? I mean this in a positive way - everyone tries to put up a positive front at work, but I'm curious on what you've observed in others that actually made you respect the person (especially small things, things that might have gone unnoticed, etc.)
Publicly admitting and taking ownership for mistakes
The flip side as well: giving credit to teammates and subordinates when successful
