Stub. Balance Sheet LBO
When modelling a 3 statement LBO, and transaction date is e.g. 31-March-Year X, how would I project the BS? Is there a stub BS, similar to IS and CFS ?

Balance sheet is a stock. IS and CF are flows.
You need a balance sheet for the closing date. You should be able to reconcile 31-Dec-20XX-1 to Closing to 31-Dec-20XX through the IS and CF.
