Summer Intern Convert
If a PE shop brings in summer interns does it mean that there is a seat to convert to FT afterwards or do they offer it in the expectation you go somewhere else for 18-24 months and come back as an associate ? Curious how to know if there is scope to convert when they don't usually take grads
