See them on the same deals as Platinum and HIG, broadly similar thesis and MO. Buying at a discount with a lot of operational work. They've done some very cool deals though, the case studies on their website are interesting. Nice people too, probably socially nicer than the other two places.
You'll need to speak a European language fluently to work at any of them.
