Syndicate looking for investors

I thought this would be a perfect outlet to find interested investors in private investment opportunities. I already have a pool of investors, but am looking to expand to increase our buying power as a group for private equity dealflow. We cover a large spectrum from of opportunities and I’d be happy to give more details over phone call or email. Please pm me and we can get in touch!

It all depends on what risk you are trying to take. We've done many deals that have net out investors even more robust returns. Last PE fund my group participated in did 36% IRR. RE development projects that we are currently looking at will net just short of that 25% IRR. If you want more details PM me your email and I can give you specifics.

Is this just a pooled asset vehicle basically? And is someone taking a "principal" type of role to direct the funds? And how are these being sourced? And is the plan to invest directly as a co-investor into deals or into funds? Thanks

Thanks for the comment. Depending on how the sponsor would prefer the structure, we have done both formed entity investments as well as directly through the sponsor investments. No formal principle, but that role aligns closely with what I end up doing. Deal flow is generated from relationships we have personally built with sponsors, investment banks, co-investors, and peers. Strong deal flow is an essential component built up by strong networking and relationships. We, invest directly into deals for the most part, but have LP'd in a couple of strong funds as well.
