What do interviews look like at this place/growth firms in general? Paper LBOs, mock sourcing, simple LBO models?

Can you elaborate? Is it basically a sourcing sweatshop? And is that how they test people in interviews

Heard its about 2/3 sourcing for new associates from someone that went through the BOS office process. I am interested in their new Austin office and imagine it will fill later than BOS/NYC
