We're being offered 25 cents on the dollar on tariffs we have paid - paid immediately by institutional buyers that are sure Trump admin will lose in courts and refunds issued. Anyone have thoughts on this?
25c seems WAY too high? Are people really this bullish?
Edit: I actually did more asking around, I'm seeing offers as high as 35c on the dollar.
