I wanted to get the latest info on tech Corp dev comp for manager/Sr manager roles at tier 1 cities. I am seeing anywhere from 150-280k on this website which seems like a wide range...anyone with real life info? Thanks!!

Know a close friend at FAANG and he told me to try to get a sense of the ‘base’ salary for Tech Finance Manager or Finance Director role at the company and bump up that base by 15%-20% for a Corp Dev Manager or Director role..

Sr. Manager Corp Dev roles at Amazon/MSFT are 130-150k starting base with another 100k-ish of RSUs over 2-3 year vest. Apple is 140-160k base I believe?
Generally, salary is in the 125-175k range for Sr. Managers with 10-15k performance bonus and equity making up 100-150k of your comp, though this is spread out over a few years.

Usually one time grant, refresh/top-ups with performance and promotions.
To follow up on this, any sense of pay and the level you'd join at for folks who have 2 years IB + 3 years PE experience? Senior corp dev manager, something lower?
