Know two people in that office at different levels. The culture is very good and a bit different than SF but overall I've heard culture is good across the firm. I think outside of flagship the hours aren't terrible. Flagship sounds cool but your investment universe is kind of limited and you may actually get more deal experience in Discover or Explore. TB Growth is kind of a joke and their Fund 1 has more than a couple of dogs in it (FTX only being one of them).
