Solid platform, comp is going to be somewhat below megafunds, but OK. This is compensated with carry, from associate you get decent numbers (1 to several millions depending on level).

The issue with Antin is that they have done some borderline infra investment that they will need to monetise in a tough market (Babilou, Solvtrans, Hippocrates, Kisimul), and some investments that outside in seemed to have been acquired at pricy levels or not going great (Idex, Indaqua, Cityfibre)

Culture is great as far as I know, my understanding is that given that their background is French, things like holidays, are quite protected, or at least people understand you taking some time off.

So long story short, good place to start, especially if you like value-add / higher-risk infra, but you should go eyes open on the riskier typology of assets they invest in and what that means.

Thanks for these insights!!
Do you have any figures in mind for comp at Asso and Director levels?

The figures I have are few years old so take them with a pinch of salt. Base is somewhat in line with the street, however bonuses are way below market. I heard they were actually capped at 50% to 60% which is not great if you are after the cash. The carried interest allocation is pretty good if you stay long enough

2016 fund still at 0.6x DPI 2019 at 0.0x (yes, you read that right), so yeah they sure can be generous with something that is worthless...

OP have heard pretty though things, low comp, highly sweaty. Think though you will learn a lot and they have good dealflow, given performance wouldn't be surprised if future fundraises are challenged however.
