Thoughts on Aurelius Group (German PE)?

Would be curious to hear your thoughts on Aurelius Group (https://aurelius-group.com/).
German PE with pan-European presence. Has been growing quite a lot over the last years. They're known to focus on turn-around situations but also have a strong track record in carve outs. Also heard they have achieved very high returns/MoM in recent years.
Any insights on culture/compensation/experience/potential lateral opportunities would be much appreciated.
