Okish - junior hires tells you the calibre they're aspiring for (i.e. one hire I know was a lower bucket analyst). Unsure on fund performance and their overall strategy. Need someone else to chime in
Similar to a Brookfield but focuses exclusively on digital infrastructure -- think data centers, fiber, towers, etc. Do deals off of their own balance sheet and via funds. It used to be Colony Capital, but they sold off all of the garbage real estate and just focus on digital infra now. Likely the next buyer of Radius Global Infra
