I know the transition from Tier 2 consulting firms heavy on due diligence (Parthenon, LEK, AT Kearney) to MM PE is doable, but has anyone done a Q&A on it? Mainly wondering what the process is like. I assume it is less based on HH as those are mainly used for UMM/MF?
Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated!
