TSG Consumer: Culture / Experience
Hi all. I'm wondering if anyone has any insight on TSG Consumer as a place to go as an Associate. They're mentioned quite frequently on this forum in discussions around Consumer/ Retail PE. However, I have not come across much that speaks to the culture/ hours/ / b-school placement/ likelihood of promotion.
Does anybody have any helpful info? Would be at the top of my list for recruiting targets, but I'm trying to avoid a sweatshop culture to the extent that I am able.

No inside info, but seems like they hire a lot from MM banks at both junior and senior levels.
Have been interested in this as well. Shocked at how little info is available on WSO for them.
For anyone with familiarity, would be curious if any info on whether co-invest is allowed for associates (in addition to any commentary on hours/culture)
