First year analyst, GE, $1B+ fund
Base: $80K, bonus $25K
Am I being underpaid? I know maybe comp is lower just starting out, but I feel like this is low. Anyone have insights on average first year analyst comp in GE/PE?

For an analyst? Seems fair. Lower end yes (especially if you're in NY/SF), but you're clearing $100k as a first year analyst with virtually 0 value add or skills so your only job is to learn.
