Upcoming case study - MM PE London

Hello folks,

I have an upcoming interview with a London Mid Market PE Fund. Actually, they told me it will be around 30 min., with no modelling and I will be provided an investment memo.

Anyone could give me some insights on how this will be structured? Also, will be superhelpful if you have some real interview cases.

I am Senior Analyst at a T2 Mgmt consulting firm and probably this part will be "easier" than modelling for me but I wanna try to prep as much as I can.

Best and thank u
