Updated Views on KKR Tech Growth (NGT)

Hi everyone. Anyone have updated detail on KKR's Tech Growth Fund? Curious to know about

1) deal flow

2) amount of sourcing vs. deal execution

3) hours & culture

since their latest raise, $3B in October 2023. There have been posts on this forum about the group but only from early 2023 and prior. Thanks.

Deal flow is very strong, and they are viewed as a golden goose. Extremely solid returns. Probably the best seat in GE right now.

Sourcing is standard Analyst/Associate / eat what you kill.

Hours are upper bound GE lower bound PE. Culture is very buzzy, and they constantly talk or are on calls.

Sounds like someone who works at NGT. Lol

Viewed as a a joke / dumb money by most actual growth focused investors. To say AKKR has a stronger reputation would be underestimating how much worse KKR growth is. AKKR is very well respected even if they pay like crap, and will be a far stronger experience. Remember this is an apprenticeship business, not sure your first foray into growth investing should be a firm that people don't respect.
