Urgent - 3-hr offline PE case - DCF/NAV or LBO? Time split?
3-hour offline case in Natural Resources: build an investment recommendation + short deck (no internet). I’m a fresh grad with limited case reps, and this is a dream firm for me.
Would love quick advice on:
- Model focus: asset-level DCF/NAV (ops-driven) vs a pared-down LBO to show sponsor returns?
- NR baseline: what are the must-have schedules/outputs?
- Time split (3 hrs): model vs slides — is ~2:1 sensible?
- Watch-outs: any “don’t miss” pages or common traps?
