US to S’pore Taxes?

Hello fellow monkeys,

There is an investment opportunity in Singapore. Unfortunately, there is no US tax treaty w/ S’pore.

Have you ever done a transaction from a US investment vehicle? How did you structure it?

We’re checking w/ our team in the states and also S’pore vendors but hoping not to have to reinvent the wheel.
