Experienced monkeys who have left one buy side gig for another, what are your experiences with re-using a headhunter that your (then current) firm was using/had used in the past? Will they take your inquiries or have they reported you to your current employer?
My firm has tried half of the well known HH firms at this point, any advice welcome
