Sorry don't have links to either - just hard copy. Hedge fund gives pretty good overview (similar to the I-banking guides, etc). I wouldn't recommend private equity - it's very thin and only gives you brief overview. If you don't know much about private equity i guess it's a good introduction. For interview prep consult the other guides that's been mentioned here.
