Vintage / Rent-A-Center
Just...wow. Vintage forgot to notify Rent-a-Center of their intent to extend, costing them a deal that had started to look really good, plus a $126 million (!) breakup fee. I feel sorry for everyone associated with this, and can't see how it is anything less than a disaster for the principals.
