Want to move from Real Estate PE to Quant roles... Advice please!
I've just graduated from a UK target (for finance) university in a maths/econ/stats type BSc. I've about 12 months of internship experience across IB and REPE at quite well regarded shops. In school I was always very interested in Maths and now feel like I maybe should have gone into a more quantitative career route.
Can anyone please advise on what I can do to have a good shot at landing an entry role in a quant firm (HF/market maker etc). I don't have any coding skills atm. Has anyone done this type of career pivot?
Note: I really don't want to do a Masters at this stage.
Many thanks in advance!
