Comp with the recent raise is top of street at >$360k. Hours and culture are highly variable based on group. Returns for latest flagship raised have been pretty great for its size at a net IRR of 24.5% and targeting a new fundraise in next couple quarters likely to top $18bn
Firm has been very active lately as a whole. Tech group specifically leans towards the growth equity side and does have a sourcing component (just spun out a large cap buyout tech group called strategic investments)
