At least for associate recruiting, feel like there has been 3+ different HHs representing them in the past 18 months
Quite (in)famous for having a toxic culture to the point where most friends have declined intro chats / R1 interviews despite the £180k base + £180k bonus.
High comp doesn't mean much when it seems like people jump that ship after 6m

Tried out the process a long time ago. Can't remember much, apart from the (virtual) modelling test, which at the time was the first round. Was pretty hard due to time constraint (45mins IIRC) and no template, including share price/options to derive diluted NOSH, management incentive plan, P&Q build up of revenues, multiple tranches of debt and some sensitivities.
