What should I expect during this interview and how would the day to day look like? What's the pay for interns? Also can you give me more context on the firm they seem a little private.

Associate comp is below market so would expect intern comp to follow suit.

Last year was 100k base 110k bonus.
Allegedly they don’t pay college interns and usually the interns sit under the business development wing.
