Weird intern review, not sure about a return offer

I had my intern review this week and for the most part it went well, my managers noted the team said, I was inquisitive, I took initiative, they loved that I really hopped on the learning curve and had a really good case study presentation, when they talked about points of improvement it was the standard the initial attention to detail, they also mentioned that in comparison to my team and I lacked corporate finance experience but this is my first internship, so Im not sure how I’m meant to take that. I am now frantically applying else where because it doesn’t seem like I’ll be getting a ft offer
