What are considered Megafunds?
With the crazy fundraising cycles, latest fund sizes - I am curious what you would consider a megafund? I always thought this was a fund which has a latest fund size of ~$10bn. However, is this still the case? There are plenty of funds (Genstar, Veritas) etc. that meet this bucket but aren't conventionally classified as megafunds.

Does it really matter as long as the comp and exit ops are market with MF?
Prestige bro, have to make sure everyone on WSO regards your fund as a MF. Exit ops, comp, and culture are second, third and fourth respectively.
