With the crazy fundraising cycles, latest fund sizes - I am curious what you would consider a megafund? I always thought this was a fund which has a latest fund size of ~$10bn. However, is this still the case? There are plenty of funds (Genstar, Veritas) etc. that meet this bucket but aren't conventionally classified as megafunds.

Does it really matter as long as the comp and exit ops are market with MF?
