I hear that there is about three organizers for PE conference that is a must attend.
I am currently working at a LP firm, and is looking to build the GP contact and database. I think meeting PE professional at conference is probably good use of time.
I know there is an annual PE/VC conference in HK that is very big, but anything else you guys recommend?

There a lot of them. I for one, have been to a a ACG Growth http://www.acg.org/global/events/majoracgevents.aspx and SuperReturn http://www.icbi-superreturn.com/, just to name a few.
