I worked at a small PE firm out of Chicago for my junior year internship and at the very last minute decide to re-recruit as I hated the culture and location I was in. I am looking to go to Boston as a first year banking or PE analyst but it seems most places have their 2024 classes set. Does anyone know of any shops that having rolling applications?
