I worked at a small PE firm out of Chicago for my junior year internship and at the very last minute decide to re-recruit as I hated the culture and location I was in. I am looking to go to Boston as a first year banking or PE analyst but it seems most places have their 2024 classes set. Does anyone know of any shops that having rolling applications?

Don't have any recommendations for you, but two things- 1. No shops have rolling applications. It would be very disadvantageous as the best talent goes early. What you are looking for is shops who have opened a spot or two (interns dropping out after signing offers, or expanded their class) but you are generally very late and these will be far and few between. 2. Would open your search up way beyond Boston given how late this is...
