I’m interning at a small PE shop and I had a guy tell me on a networking call that what we were doing is most likely syndication. Can anyone explain this to me in-depth? We have 1 sub 5 mil fund. Trying to raise a 20 mil right now. With a focus on RE and Energy. I’m just trying to figure this out so I can properly explain what I’ve been helping to do. Thanks :)
