Currently going through recruiting with a couple of credit funds (think Ares / Bain / ICG/ KKR) in NYC for an associate role for their internal CLO/CBO structuring desk. Any thoughts on what comp should look like? Is 250-275 TC a good range? I have 4 years of rating agency experience and a non-target undergrad.
