What is the background check Process for summer analysts
In particular, asking about undergraduate summer programs. Obviously dumb to risk an excellent job over something so silly, but do these firms gauge the risk equally and not want to test analysts over fear of losing them?Is it any more rigorous than say investment banking or consulting? What about compared to others on buy side like hedgefunds?
They drug test yes because their LPs are often unions including police unions. Lay off the pot. Background check they will do but it’s fine, just be honest and don’t have any felonies on your record and will be easy
